Joey Jupiter (I) - Biography
Born in New York City, where she did Regional, Dinner, and Off-Broadway Theater along with numerous National commercials for directors like Bob Giraldi. Joey studied in NYC at the Herbert/Bergdoff Studios and with David LeGrant and Mira Rostova. She studied voice with John Landis and then moved to Los Angeles in 1979, where she continued her commercial career and added TV appearances and more theater to her resume. She continued her studies for 13 years with the late Roy London in his masterclass and had the privilege of working with the cream of the crop of his clients. After marrying, it was Joey`s choice to stay home and raise her two sons, who are her proudest achievement. She kept her skills sharp by performing in local Community theater and Improv productions. For the past decade, Joey has been working with students and parents in the educational field, and is now ready to return to acting. As of (August 2001) A mom, member of Calabasas Players Community Theatre.
