Kara-Louise Horne was a housemate on Big Brother 8 (UK).
Big Brother 2007, also known as Big Brother 8, was the eighth series of the British reality television series Big Brother. The show followed twenty-three contestants, known as housemates, who were isolated from the outside world for an extended period of time in a custom built House.
Kara-Louise Horne was a 22 year-old student from Harrow in Middlesex when she became a halfway housemate on Big Brother in 2007. On 27 July 2007, the night of her entry into Big Brother's halfway house, Kara-Louise Horne said that she 'grins at everything'.
Kara-Louise went to an all-girl private school, called St. Margaret's School in Bushey, whose aim is "to develop the full person, turning out well educated, competent, confident, considerate young women, capable of making a worthwhile contribution to society and successfully meeting the challenges of a new century."
On Day 87, Kara-Louise and Tracey were both evicted from Big Brother series 8 in a public vote in which Jonty was the survivor. Tracey got 38.5% of the vote to be evicted and Kara-Louise got 30.8%, marginally more than Jonty's 30.7%!
