Tomiko Fraser Hines (born Tomiko Fraser May 2, 1968 is an American fashion model and actress. She has done runway, print, and commercial modelling. Fraser is best known for being the first African American face of Maybelline, which she was from 2001-2007. She starred in the 2001 movie Head over Heels.
