Yanna Darili - Biography
anna is mostly known for her extensive on camera career in television that has spanned over seventeen years. Discovered while jet skiing on her vacation in Greece in 1994, Yanna’s career began in Greece on Antenna TV’s summer morning show “Proini Drosia” with Vasilis Tsivilikas and as the exercise host on Antenna TV’s most popular morning show, “Proinos Cafés.” She was soon recruited as the co-host of the morning show “Star Café” on Star Channel. Highlights of her career included creating, producing and hosting the first English language show “Hellenic Weekly” for National Greek Television (ERT) for four seasons, Hosting the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 2004 Olympics Games in Athens, Greece at OAKA Stadium, and as a segment producer and guest Host for NBC’s the “Today Show” with Matt Lauer and Katie Couric.
