Jessica Phillips (born 22 May 1978 in Aspen, Colorado) is a road cyclist from United States. She represented her nation at the 2009 UCI Road World Championships in the Women's time trial.
She is the wife of Tejay Van Garderen. Tejay van Garderen is an American professional road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam EF Education First. During the season, he lives in Nice, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, France.
Van Garderen, Phillips and their two daughters are officially residents of Spain. They held a silent auction at the Limelight Lodge in Aspen last month, both as a way to unload some unnecessary gear and to raise money for some of their favorite local organizations, such as Roaring Fork Cycling, Aspen Cycling Club and Crown Mountain BMX.
