Vladimír Martinec (born December 22, 1949 in Lomnice nad Popelkou, Czechoslovakia) was a Czech ice hockey right wing in the 1970s. He won the Golden Hockey Stick award as top player in Czechoslovakia four times, in 1973, 1975, 1976, and 1979.
