Dina Meyer (born December 22, 1968) is an American film and television actress who played Barbara Gordon in Birds of Prey, Dizzy Flores in Starship Troopers, and Detective Allison Kerry in the Saw films. She portrayed Mrs. Hong as a recurring guest star on ABC's Scoundrels.
Meyer moved to Los Angeles in 1993 to appear in a recurring role in the television series, Beverly Hills, 90210. Shortly afterwards, she was cast as the female lead in Johnny Mnemonic and Dragonheart. She also starred in Starship Troopers. Her television roles have included regular appearances on UPN's Secret Agent Man, and Fox's Point Pleasant and Birds of Prey.
Meyer has made several guest appearances on Friends, Six Feet Under, and Ally McBeal. Her additional guest-star roles have included Criminal Minds, Castle, The Mentalist, Burn Notice, and Nip/Tuck. She has also recurred on Fox's Miss Match, The CW's 90210, and CBS's CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and NCIS. She portrayed Mrs. Hong as a recurring guest star on ABC's Scoundrels.
In 2013, Meyer appeared in the film Dead in Tombstone, opposite Mickey Rourke, and played opposite Patrick Warburton and Jesse Bradford in the web series Sequestered. Meyer also was cast in Lethal Seduction as a sexy, psychotic woman determined to get her man and Turbulence, playing an FBI Agent who’s caught between a rock and a hard place when finds out shortly after boarding a flight to Washington, DC, that her husband and son have been taken hostage. Both films can be found on the Lifetime Movie Network.
