Golan Yosef - Biography
Golan Yosef is a Dutch actor and dancer born in Gouda, the Netherlands. He is notable for playing Joaquín in The Cheetah Girls 2. In The Cheetah Girls 2, he plays Joaquín, a count who is also a dancer. He invites Dorinda (Sabrina Bryan) to dance with him wherein their fondness of each other starts. As the movie goes on, they learn to love each other and they share a kiss before the final scene of the movie. The Cheetah Girls 2 was recorded in Barcelona and Catalonia in Spain.Yosef was starring at the Eurovision Grand Prix for Young Dancers for the Netherlands in 2001. He and dance partner Maartje Hermans presented a duet from Perfect Skin, written by Ed Wubbe. In April 2007 Yosef won the first prize in the Dance category of the 11th International Solo-Dance-Theater Festival. Yosef danced in various productions of the Dutch National Ballet in Amsterdam. He also performed for Scapino Ballet in Rotterdam, it-Dansa in Barcelona and the Ballet National de Marseilles. Currently he is working on his second movie, the Spanish comedy "No me pidas que te bese porque te besaré" of director and author Albert Espinosa.
