Gregory McKinney was born on February 7, 1957 in Los Angeles, California, USA. He was an actor, known for Mortal Kombat (1995), Eraser (1996) and Money Train (1995). He was married to Paige Patterson. He died on April 12, 1998 in Los Angeles.
After receiving an honorable discharge from the US Air Force McKinney pursued a career in law enforcement as a police officer with the Washington DC Metro Transit Division, Police Department for nine years. From the outset, he has worked steadily in the movies for television, theater and co-starring in Mortal Kombat.
On Saturday, April 10, 1998 Greg suffered a brain aneurysm. He was taken to Cedars Sinai Hospital Hospital, where he was put on life support. He died the morning of Sunday, April 11. He was 41 years old. His last desire to donate his organs was fulfilled when his heart, kidneys, liver and pancreas were placed next to patients who needed vital organs.
McKinney had plans to marry his long-time girlfriend, Paige Patterson, in August of that year. He leaves his son Devin, brothers Tony and Gary, sister Shelli, the father of Carl McKinney and Beatrice grandmother.
