Dessie Mitcheson - Biography
Born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, Dessie grew up with strong family values. Her mother, who is a Cosmetologist, introduced her to the world of beauty at a young age. Dessie graduated from her high school with top honors, and continued on to Cosmetology school to pursue a career in the beauty industry. During her schooling, Dessie competed for Miss Pennsylvania USA at the age of 18 and placed in the top ten.Shortly after that, Dessie started competing in swimsuit competitions. It came naturally to her, and she won several titles. Dessie became the Face of Playboy Intimates and, the following year, became the Face of the MGM Grand Las Vegas and Miss Pennsylvania Intercontinental.Dessie’s greatest win was being named Maxim magazine’s Hometown Hottie. Thousands of girls from across the United States enter the yearly contest to become the next winner. The same year Dessie was #100 on Maxim’s Hot 100 list. She has graced the pages of multiple issues including a three page spread, two center folds, and most recently landed the cover for May’s 2014 Navy issue.Since her accomplishments Dessie has moved to Los Angeles as a full time model. Many recognize her as the main ring girl from the fight of the century between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather. She is also pursuing a career in television and was recently named the Lead Sideline Reporter for the Legends Football League. Dessie is enjoying taking acting classes in LA and finished a class at South Coast Reparatory, a Tony Award winning theater and Grey Studios. She recently finished a hosting class taught by Suzanne Sena.
