Abdul Salaam El Razzac was born on May 8, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio, USA as Allen Johnson II. He is an actor, known for Pretty Woman (1990), Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) and Malcolm X (1992). He appeared in Star Trek: The Next Generation as a bass player at the Bourbon Street Bar simulation in the episode "11001001". Footage of this was reused in the second season episode "Shades of Gray".
Born as Allen Johnson II in Cleveland, Ohio, he graduated from the East Technical High Cleveland and attended the University of Minnesota. El Razzac was working as a teacher at Saint Paul Learning Center and Saint Paul Central High School prior before his acting career. His appearance in Star Trek was one of his first on screen works. Also in 1988 he appeared in episodes of Frank's Place and Empty Nest (with Tommy Hinkley).
Among his film work are the romance Pretty Woman (1990), the science fiction sequel Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991), the short comedy 1775 (1992, with Judith Jones), the drama Malcolm X (1992), and the music drama 8 Mile (2002).
