Annie Whittle is a British-born New Zealand singer and actress who has appeared on such shows as Shortland Street, where she played Barbara Heywood for four years and has had a singing career that has spanned three decades.
She is an actress, known for The World's Fastest Indian (2005), Go Girls (2009) and Outrageous Fortune (2005). Her most notable film appearance was in The World's Fastest Indian (2005). The World's Fastest Indian is a 2005 New Zealand biographical sports drama film based on the Invercargill, New Zealand, speed bike racer Burt Munro and his highly modified Indian Scout motorcycle.
She was previously married to director and producer Bruce Morrison.
