Jason Luckasevic - Biography
In July of 2011, Jason Luckasevic instituted the first ever concussion lawsuit on behalf of 75 plaintiffs in California after countless hours of investigating the actions of the NFL and Riddell. In this film, Jason provides necessary contextual information on what led up to the lawsuit and why he and his clients thought it was important to take a stand on this issue. Since July 2011, several other firms have filed concussion lawsuits on behalf of now more than 3500 former players. Jason has been recognized for his results by being named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer- Rising Star the last two years as well as being named to the National Trial Lawyers Association top 40 under 40.
