Jeffrey Leon Blackshear (born March 29, 1969 in Fort Pierce, Florida) is a former American football guard who played nine seasons in the National Football League. He played for the Seattle Seahawks, Baltimore Ravens, Kansas City Chiefs and Green Bay Packers. Blackshear attended Northeast Louisiana University.
Blackshear spent three seasons with the Seahawks before going to Baltimore for the Ravens’ first season. He ended up starting 60 games for the Ravens.
