Joan Puigcercós i Boixassa - Biography
Joan Puigcercós (born 2 December 1966 in Ripoll, Ripollès) is a Catalan politician who had served as president of the Republican Left of Catalonia (2008–2011). He studied philosophy and political science at the UAB.
