Liz McLarnon - Biography
Liz McClarnon (born 10 April, 1981, Liverpool, Merseyside, England) is a British pop singer and member of the band Atomic Kitten.McClarnon originally wanted to study law after secondary school, but her music teacher was impressed by her singing abilities and arranged for her to take part in an audition with Andy McCluskey, who wanted to set up a girl band. In 1997, McClarnon became one of the original members of Atomic Kitten - she went on to co-write many of the group`s songs. She is the only original member remaining in Atomic Kitten following the departure of the two other original member; Heidi Range was replaced by Natasha Hamilton in 1998, and Kerry Katona was replaced by Jenny Frost in 2001.Atomic Kitten have sold over 8 million albums and singles around the world. Many of their singles and albums - such as Right Now, Whole Again, Eternal Flame, The Tide Is High and Ladies Night - have charted around the world.
