Jeremy James Sons known as Mark Dalton (born March 6, 1980) is an American gay p*rnographic film actor and magazine model. Dalton's activity with other actors in gay films has been limited to masturbation.
Dalton appeared on the cover of the July 2002 of Men and was selected as "Man of the Year" for 2002. He appeared on the cover of the July 2006 issue of Unzipped; he was also cover model for the 2003 Adam Gay Video Directory, the definitive guide to gay films.
In 2002, Dalton was convicted of possession of the drug GHB. In 2004, a female friend, Marcy Lopez, testified that he had assaulted her and a judge revoked Dalton's probation and sentenced him to 5 years in prison. After serving thirteen months of his sentence, he was released on parole in November 2005.
Speaking to a reporter from the Dallas Voice, a local LGBT newspaper, he stated that the worst part of being in prison was not being able to work out and the "horrible food". Dalton said that he would cut down on partying and hoped to return to work modeling in bodybuilding magazines and acting in videos.
In 2007, Dalton's manager, David Forest, confirmed that Dalton has been re-arrested and incarcerated in Denton County Jail related to a May 31, 2007 altercation; he was charged with Assault/Family Violence and interfering with a 911 call. He made $7500 bail but failed to report the arrest to his parole officer, and a warrant was issued for his arrest from the parole office June 11. Two days after his parole arrest, he was transferred to the county facility, but as of Forest's arrest confirmation no charges had been filed.
