I loved to play in the park near to my house with my cousins and friends, we used to plant flowers and pick up flowers to decorate our hoses, we were like the guardians of the park, and I also loved to dress up like a model and imagine that I was a super model. What lessons did you learn from your childhood?I learned to love nature with my friends; we were so worried about the plants and animals. And I also to respect every living thing on earth. Any special facts or story about your family?I have 7 brothers and sisters, we are a big family, and I am the tallest. What is the most unusual thing you have ever done?I once made rafting with my mother, in a river that was swollen ,it had many stones , we stumbled upon one of them and we fell into the river in a very dangerous area , we had to swim almost 20 minutes to be safe again in the boat. What is your most memorable moment?My most memorable moment is the day I won Miss Earth Colombia title, I have dreamed about this for many years, I prepared myself in every way that I can so that moment was surreal, dreams do came true. What is your environmental advocacy and why did you choose this?I would like to work on changing minds and transforming hearts, to be more aware of what’s happening in the world right now. If we transform our way to see the world and change our habits little by little we will increase our planet’s chance of surviving the contamination produce by us. As Miss Earth I would like to work with every person that I know as a family, a lot of people is better than just one so we can make the message get to more places. Also as Miss Earth Colombia will continue helping Miss Earth 2015 project with the recycling of used tires because I have seeing the positive impact this campaign has create in restoring abandoned parks that now are used by young kids as playgrounds. What can you promote about your country?After so many years of internal problems now that we are living in a more peaceful country I can be proud to promote our tourism, specially ecological tourism dued that the fact we are the country with more variety of birds, butterflies, and many percentage of our country still rainforest. What trivia about yourself would like to share?
