Popular Russian stage actress, also known by some roles in Soviet movies, especially `Devushka bez adresa` (Girl Without an Address), 1957. Svetlana was born on 16th of September, 1937 in Leningrad. Her parents were school teachers of history. Svetlana entered Leningrad University to study languages but then she was invited to the Leningrad State Institut of theatre, music and cinema. Svetlana lives and works in Saint-Petersburg. Since 1963 she works in N.P.Akimov Comedy Theatre. In 2009 Svetlana was awarded the title of popular artist of the Russia.
