Valdir Espinosa - Biography
Valdir Ataualpa Ramirez Espinosa, usually known as Valdir Espinosa (born October 7, 1947 in Porto Alegre) is a Brazilian football (soccer) manager.
In 2009, Espinosa was technical assistant to Renato Gaúcho at Fluminense. On February 12, 2010, Espinosa announced his retirement as a coach and also in the football field, but gave up, returning as the new commander of Duque de Caxias. But due to a bad campaign in series B, he was fired in July of the same year.
Out of the four lines, Espinosa worked as a commentator on the Sportv and PFC channels, between 2008 and 2009. In 2010 he was a commentator on Rádio Manchete and was a candidate for state deputy in Rio de Janeiro, through the PDT. In 2012, he became a commentator again, this time on Rádio Globo.
