Zoltan Paulinyi - Biography
Zoltan Paulinyi (Born in the USA from parents of Hungarian origin, as Zoltán Paulínyi Körmendy, in 1977, and in 1981 moved to Belo Horizonte - Brazil), Brazilian composer, modern and baroque violinist, one of the founders of Musicoop String Orchestra (1995). After graduating in Physics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1999), he started to dedicate his life to music, both in performance and teaching. He moved to Brasília in 2000 in order to take up a first violin position in the National Symphony Orchestra (OSTNCS), where he started to compose his major works.
