Candis "Candy" Loving (born on September 4, 1956 in Ponca City, Oklahoma is an American model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the January 1979 issue, which made her Playboy's 25th Anniversary Playmate. Her centerfold was photographed by Dwight Hooker.HistoryCandy Loving was attending the University of Oklahoma as a journalism major when, in 1978, she submitted her photo to Playboy's 25th Anniversary Great Playmate Hunt. Her husband, Ron Prather, urged her to compete for the anniversary issue.Upon winning, she became part of a whirlwind promotional tour that included a second pictorial for the August 1979 issue.
