Colin Kelly Jost (born June 29, 1982) is an American actor, comedian, screenwriter, and writer for the TV program Saturday Night Live. On March 1, 2014, he joined the show's cast as a featured player and succeeded Seth Meyers as the co-anchor of Weekend Update. As of October 17, 2015, Colin Jost has stepped away from his duties as the NBC sketch show's head writer.
