He was appointed general director of Broadcasting Stations in 1990, where he was responsible for operating four national networks, two international networks and Televisa’s cable system in Mexico City. He was later appointed general director of Logistics of Televisa San Angel. During his tenure with Televisa, Mintz was also a member of the Executive Programming and Production Committees. Mintz oversaw the development of hits such as “Diseñado Ambos Sexos,” the highest-rated sitcom at that time, and was executive producer of more than 20 entertainment/musical productions.
