Mark Gero - Biography
Mark Gero is an American sculptor and special effects artist. He is ex-son-in-law of Judy Garland and Vincente Minnelli and the third husband of Liza Minnelli.
Liza Minnelli is an actress and singer, daughter of Judy Garland and Vincente Minnelli. Liza was introduced to Warhol at Studio 54 and became close friends.
Minnelli miscarried one week after marrying Gero, a stage manager and sculptor, in 1979. (Wedding not pictured.) Although they would divorce in 1992, Minnelli said: "I've been married before, but I've never been 'married' before … This one comes the closest to all the stuff about romance that you read about. I don't feel like I've ever been in love before."
