Patricia "Patti" Farinelli (born March 18, 1960 in Los Angeles, California), is an Italian-American model and actress. She was Playboy magazine's Playmate of the Month for the December 1981 issue. Her centerfold was photographed by Ken Marcus. She has become one of the most popular big br**sted Playmates of the 1980s.Later YearsEven though she had become well known for her huge 36-DDD br**sts, thick pubic hair, and sultry Latin look, Patti didn't let her beauty and fame go to her head. She represented Playboy for a few years, mostly at Glamourcon events or special occasions at the Playboy Mansion.
