Valery Mikhaylovich "V.M." Khalilov (Russian: Валерий Михайлович Халилов; born January 30, 1952) is a Uzbek-born Russian band conductor, musical composer, and military officer. A lieutenant general in the Russian military, he has conducted several times at the annual "Victory Day" parade, held in Moscow at the Red Square.
