Tony Bennett - Biography
Anthony Guy "Tony" Bennett (born June 1, 1969) is the head coach of the Virginia Cavaliers men's basketball team since March 31, 2009. He is a two-time winner of the Henry Iba Award for the best men's coach in college basketball as voted by the United States Basketball Writers Association, and is currently the repeat defending ACC Coach of the Year. A CBS Sports survey of nearly 100 NCAA head coaches in August 2015 found a majority believe Bennett is the top defensive coach in the nation.
