Bat McGrath - Biography
Bat McGrath is an actor and writer, known for The Delivery (2008), Chuck Mangione: Friends & Love (1971) and Crime Killer (1985). He has been married to Tricia Cast since July 20, 2000.
In 2019, Bat McGrath revealed his cancer diagnosis and that doctors had given him months to live. Since his diagnosis, McGrath has checked some major items off his things to-do list, including playing shows back in Rochester, where his music career took off. In April, he released a new album put together with help from some of the top musicians, producers and engineers in Nashville, all working for free.
McGrath eventually ended up there, too, mostly writing songs for others, including Wynnona Judd. But he never lost his desire to play live - especially in Rochester, where he and Potter were inducted in the Music Hall of Fame together just a few years ago.
