David Sandomierski - Biography
David Sandomierski, a graduate of the Arts & Science Program at McMaster University, co-teaches (along with fellow Artsci graduate Sven Poysa) the upper-level inquiry course ARTSSCI 4CA3 / Legal Inquiry. Introduced in 2010-11, the course aims to equip students with confidence and skills to critically incorporate legal elements into research into issues of social relevance.David graduated from the Arts & Science Program in 2001. After completing an M.A. in Political Science at the University of Toronto (Collaborative Program with the Institute for Environmental Studies), he worked as a Parliamentary Intern and studied law at McGill University, where he obtained degrees in common and civil law. In 2008-09, he served as law clerk to the Chief Justice of Canada, the Rt. Hon. Beverley McLachlin. He is currently a doctoral student in the S.J.D. program at the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto, where he teaches Legal Research and Writing. His research focuses on legal education’s capacity to maximize human potential. He has published an account of ARTSSCI 4CA3 / Legal Inquiry in the Canadian Journal of Law and Society.© 2015 McMaster Univer
