Dominique Blanchar (born Dominique Marie Thérèse Blanchard; 2 June 1927 – 19 November 2018) was a French stage, television, and film actress. She won two Molière Awards in her career.
Actress with a prolific career, particularly in the theater, she obtained two Molières of the actress in a supporting role, for Tout comme il faut by Luigi Pirandello, directed by Jacques Lassalle at the Théâtre Hébertot in 1997, and for Les femmes savantes by Molière. She is the daughter of actors Pierre Blanchar and Marthe Vinot. She was known for Le secret de Mayerling (1949), Les enquêtes du commissaire Maigret (1967) and Eugénie Grandet (1956).
She will be cremated at the Père Lachaise crematorium (La Coupole) on November 26, 2018.
