Geva Rapp - Biography
Colonel Geva Rapp (Hebrew: ??? ???) was Deputy Commander of the Israeli ground forces in the Gaza conflict. In February 2009 he had to return hurriedly to Israel, as he feared arrest on war crimes charges while in the United Kingdom.
