Hong Jungwook (홍정욱) (born March 14, 1970) is the chairman and majority shareholder of Herald Corporation and related companies. Herald Corporation is a leading media and education group in Korea, which publishes The Korea Herald and The Herald Business, among others; operates Donga TV; and manages a nationwide language institute and English village network. He is also the founder of Olje Foundation, a non-profit organization promoting classics education. Under the vision "Life beyond Media," Herald Corp. is expanding its business domain beyond the media and education businesses into eco-friendly lifestyle businesses, including eco-materials, design, and food.
