Julia Winter (born 17 March 1993 as Julia Roxanne) is a Swedish-born English actress.
Coming from a Swedish family, she also dubbed over her character's voice in the Swedish version of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. She is best known for playing her role of Veruca Salt in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Julia had since given up acting, now residing in her homeland of Sweden and is studying to be a nurse. Although Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was her one and only film, she had also appeared on Dick and Dom in da Bungalow," on January of 2006.
In 2014, there was speculation that she was going to be apart of the movie Dolphin Tale 2 (being credited under the IMDb page for it after all), but this just turned out to be a hoax and a simple mistake on behalf of the editor.
She auditioned for a few things and was a celebrity guest on CBBC's children's TV series, Dick and Dom in da Bungalow on January 21st, 2006. But then she soon decided she didn't want to be an actress and moved back to London, and then later back to her birth country of Sweden.
