Kristin Rohde (February 22, 1964 – December 5, 2016) was an American actress who played Officer Claire Howell in Oz (1997). Oz is an American television drama series created by Tom Fontana, who also wrote or co-wrote all of the series' 56 episodes. It was the first one-hour dramatic television series to be produced by the premium cable network HBO. Oz premiered on July 12, 1997 and ran for six seasons; the series finale aired February 23, 2003.
She also had a recurring role in Homicide: Life on the Street (1993) as Officer Sally Rogers. Homicide: Life on the Street is an American police procedural television series chronicling the work of a fictional version of the Baltimore Police Department's Homicide Unit. It ran for seven seasons (122 episodes) on NBC from January 31, 1993 to May 21, 1999, and was succeeded by Homicide: The Movie, which also acted as the de facto series finale.
She also appeard in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999) as Doris Mitchell and Linda Bonnardi. She died of cancer in 2016.
