Lavinia Smerconish - Biography
Lavinia Smerconish is a lifelong resident of the Main Line. She's a product of the Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr and a graduate of Duke University.Lavinia has been licensed as a Realtor for more than fifteen years. She concentrates on the listing and sale of Main Line properties.In 2002, she settled over $20 Million in residential real estate. Her productivity earned her the "Top of the Rock" designation, which is Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach's highest level of recognition.She is married, has four children and resides in Lower Merion Township, where she is active in her community. Lavinia has twice recently served as the co-chair of the Episcopal Academy House Tour.
