Linda Mertens (born 20 July 1978) is a Belgian female singer. She is the female singer for the group Milk Inc..
milk inc [Milk INCORPORATED (for a little while as La Vache in France) → Milk INC. → milk inc] is a dance band that formed in the commercial dance-scene in Belgium in 1996. The Discography of the band includes a total of seven studio albums and thirty-nine singles (as of 21 June 2013). Concerts are performed annually by Milk Inc. at Sportpaleis.
Mertens was born in Wilrijk in Antwerp. She studied Art and after high school, she went to hairdresser school for two years. Her mother is Flemish, and her father Tunisian. In 2013 she appeared on VTM in Lang Leve... as herself, in an episode about Regi Penxten, a member of Milk Inc.. In Lang Leve..., they made video's about the life of Regi, in an unserious way, and Linda's role was played by Karen Damen.
Lang Leve... [Long Live...] is a comical Flemish television program presented in Belgium on vtm by Jonas van Geel. In each episode, a celebrity guest takes his or her place in the "throne" and is roasted by van Geel using a series of acted vignettes about the celebrity's life.
