Neil Arce is a professional Philippine Poker players. He became a champion at the 2009 Asian Poker Tour Philippines held at the Dusit Thani Hotel. Arce was also the only Filipinos left in the final stages of that tournament. Arce was previously participated in the Asian Poker Tour 2008 where she finished 35th spot.Neil Arce is the Philippines’ most successful poker player of all time. Nicknamed “Dirty Ice Cream” because his family runs one of the Philippines’ most successful ice cream businesses, Arce declined the chance to take over the family business and instead chose to focus on his poker career. He has since become a poker phenomenon in the Philippines. His tournament titles include an Asian Poker Tour championship (Manila, 2009) and numerous WSOP cashes. He has more than US$400,000 in live tournament earnings, and significantly more in cash winnings.
