Percival Graves - Biography
Percival Graves was a wizard who lived in the 20th century.Newton Scamander met him whilst travelling to New York in 1926. He was Director of Magical Security at MACUSA and Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement. Graves is the right hand man to Seraphina Picquery and is given the task of investigating and tracking down Newt when creatures escape his suitcase.Graves was not happy with the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy believing that it was made more to protect the No-Majs than the wizards and refused to "bow down any longer"
