Pilar Pilapil (born October 12, 1950) is a Filipino actress. She won as Bb. Pilipinas-Universe in 1967. She represented the country in the Miss Universe 1967 pageant. She is originally a native of Camiling, Tarlac and her husband is the one who brought her to Liloan, Cebu. She graduated from the Camiling Colleges in high school.
