A popular big bust model, Brewer first began appearing in nude pictorials in various men's magazines in the early 1970's. Among the notable publications Roxanne was featured in and/or graced the covers of are "Gent," "Mayfair," "Climax," "Easyriders," "Girls of the World," and "Sugar & Spice." Moreover, Brewer also appeared in a handful of soft-core films as well as had in uncredited bit role in the mainstream movie Hooper (1978).
