Suleyman Abusaidovich Kerimov (Russian: Сулейма́н Абусаи́дович Кери́мов; Lezgian: Керимрин Абусаидан хва Сулейман), lezgin, born March 12, 1966 in Derbent, Dagestan, USSR, is a Russian businessman, investor and politician. Since 2008, Kerimov has represented the Republic of Dagestan in the Federation Council of Russia. He is often referred to as “Russia’s Richest Civil Servant", with an estimated fortune of $7.1 billion as of March 2013.
