Tanya Hijazi - Biography
Tanya Hijazi is known for her work on I'm Rick James (2009), The Unseen (2005) and Behind the Music (1997). She was previously married to Rick James from 1997 to 2002.
The couple met each other in 1989 when Hijazi was at a party and started dating since 1990. Tanya and her ex-husband were married on 24 December 1997 in front of their parents, relatives and close friends. With her ex-spouse, Hijazi shared three children, daughter Ty James, sons Rick James Jr., and Tazman.
Both the husband and wife were imprisoned for their involvement in assaulting Mary Sauger and Frances Alley. Well, Tanya was charged on 14 counts and was sentenced for 4 years. But, she plea and later she was only sentenced to a concurrent two-year term in prison. Further, she was charged, $5,000 as compensation.
Unfortunately, the couple got certain tension in their relationship, they parted away and divorced in December 2002.
