Carolina Bittencourt is a Brazilian fashion model who was born on October 30, 1981. Carolina was discovered shopping in a supermarket in Campinas, at age 16, by Marcos Pantera, one of the owners of Mega Models. She has a twin sister, Mariana Bittencourt, who is also a model.
She has performed works for Armani, Ralph Lauren, Chanel, Moschino, Dior, Zoomp, Forum, Zapping, Alexandre Herchcovitch and Fause Haten, among others. She was cover of Vogue, Mundo Mix and Capricho, among other magazines, and made special participation in the telenovela Desires de Mulher, Rede Globo.
Caroline Bittencourt disappeared on April 28th 2019, around 4:30 p.m., when she was taking a boat trip in Ilhabela, on the coast of São Paulo with her husband Jorge Sestini. A strong storm in the place was the reason for the tragedy. The body was found near Cigarras beach, in San Sebastian, near the place where the vessel had disappeared.
