Cliff Dixon started his armature Basketball Career at Suitland High School Forestville, Maryland. He was later on pre-drafted at Western Kentucky University, Hilltoppers men’s basketball team from 2009 to 2010. At Western Kentucky University, he scored an average of 4.8 points per game during his time on the team in the 2009-2010 season. He was, however, kicked off the team midway through his senior season for rule violations.
The basketballer was celebrating his birthday at SL Lounge at Chamblee strip mall when he was shot dead at 1 a.m. Thursday, March 21st, 2019.
The gunfire rang out after 1 a.m. Thursday at the Little Saigon strip mall in the 4100 Block of Buford Highway. Arriving police officers found a man, described in his late twenties to early thirties, having been shot in the parking lot. The man has since been identified as Cliff Dixon. Paramedics rushed the victim to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he was rushed to undergo surgery. He was later pronounced after succumbing to the gunshot wounds.
