Dash Baxter - Biography
Dashiel "Dash" Baxter (S. Scott Bullock) is the most popular boy in Casper High School. A star football and basketball player,[48] he often gets free leeway from the authorities at school due to his winning streak. However, Dash is an "idiot" who frequently picks on Danny. [48] As an act of irony, his role model is Danny Phantom.[45] He may be a reference to the Spider-Man character Flash Thompson. He makes a cameo in The Fairly Oddparents episode, Fly Boy (voiced by Jason Marsden).
