Elena Lev - Biography
Elena Lev, born in Moscow, Russia in 1982, began her training to become a rhythmic gymnast at an early age, assisted and coached by her mother, Elena Lev Sr., and forming a hula hoop act while still at an early age. Elena`s big breakthrough was when she was invited to join the troupe of the highly acclaimed Cirque du Soleil in their mesmerizing show Alegría (1998). Her father, Andrei Lev, is a coach for a tr*peze act in another Cirque du Soleil show called "Mystère," based in Las Vegas. Elena resides in Las Vegas when she isn`t travelling around the world with Cirque du Soleil. She then left Alegría after 7 years and performed briefly in Quidam, another Cirque du Soleil show. She now does private shows and galas.
