Lieutenant Kirce James (pronounced Kurr-see) is an InOps officer expert in warfare, possessing vast knowledge of Nod weapons, philosophy and operating methods. She functions as an aide to field commanders, providing briefings, tactical information, unit evaluation and the occasional comment.She's also well known for her famous line: "Join us, GDI could use a good soldier like you." (GDI recruitment video).Kirce James is played by Jennifer Morrison, who also portrays Doctor Allison Cameron in the critically acclaimed House, MD series as well as Emma Swan a.k.a. Dark Swan in ABC's hit show Once Upon a Time.
