Leena Skoog - Biography
Leena Skoog was a Swedish model and actress who was born on May 6, 1951. She was known for Up the Front (1972), Four Dimensions of Greta (1972) and Åsa-Nisse i rekordform (1969).
Leena Skoog became known through an image report in the men's magazine Lektyr in the late 1960s. She made her film debut in 1969 in two short films, namely Laila baths and Laila wakes up. These films were filmed by the avant-garde artist in the nude film industry Eugene Vöhrmann, whose short films lacked both action and dialogue. The same year she starred in Åsa-Nisse in record form, where she performed as a nude dancer. The film career continued with similar roles until 1974 when she played Lesley in a section of the comedy series Bless this house.
When her film career ended, she spent a few years in England where she was married to drummer Alan Whiteland from the Scottish pop group The Marmalade. Then she lived in the United States where she married businessman Jim Feeney with whom she got daughter Bonnie. In the early 1990s, she returned to Sweden and participated, among other things, in a folk park set by Pippi Långstrump in 1994. At the same time, she changed her industry and worked as a high school level teacher in Tullinge.
She passed away in cancer 47 years old. She died on July 12, 1998 in Tullinge, Stockholms län.
