She is the mother of Cheryl Landon (aka Cheryl Ann Pontrelli) and, with Michael Landon, of Leslie Landon, Michael Landon Jr., Shawna Landon and Christopher Landon.
After her divorce from Michael Landon, she founded a support group named "Life After Divorce Is Eventually Sane" (aka L.A.D.I.E.S.).
